Indeed, our shoes are 100% Made in Spain. They are produced in our facilities in Elche from the design process to the final packaging process. passing through the processes of cutting of materials, sewing the parts that make up the shoe, assembly, mounting and final finishing.

CETTI sells all its shoes through specialized multi-brand shops. Therefore, if you ever detect a quality problem with your shoes, you should go to the shop where you bought them along with the purchase receipt. There, they will try to give you a solution and, if this is not possible, they will contact to the factory to assess the incident and then will provide you an appropriate solution. Remember it is very important keeping the purchase receipts, since without them it is not possible to make any claim for any item we may purchase.

The best way to store your CETTI shoes is inside their box, in a dry place with the inner papers that help them not lose their shape. For this reason, we recommend that you always keep the box and the protective material that is supplied along with the shoes.

Following we detail a table with a size guide according to the length of your feet. One of the ways to calculate this length would be resting the foot on the floor on a sheet of paper with its narrowest side attached to the wall. We stick the heel to the wall and mark on the sheet of paper the point of our foot furthest from the wall.
The length of the foot would be the distance between the narrow side of the sheet of paper and the point we have marked.

If your feet measure is larger than the maximum measure of the closest size, then you should choose the next size.

CETTI shoes are made from top quality materials. On the upper you can find a wide variety of materials, leather, textiles, ornaments, etc. Therefore, cleaning must be different depending on the materials to clean.

Shoes with leather uppers, specific cleaning wipes for leather must be used, which nourish the leather as well as clean it and prevent it from hardening or cracking.

Shoes with leather uppers and textile pieces. We will use a damp chamois (very wrung out) and clean the pieces individually. Afterwards we can apply a colourless cream for leather to the leather pieces (individually) with a small chamois.

The side part of the soles can be cleaned with a damp chamois with a small amount of NON-abrasive cleaner.

NEVER wash your CETTI shoes in a washing machine, you will see this recommendation indicated on the hanging tag that comes with each new pair you buy. The shoes. both inside and outside, are made with a large number of materials of different natures and washing them in a washing machine would be very harmful to them, to the point of causing irreversible damages.

We all know that neither leather nor fabrics are waterproof materials. Therefore, we recommend that you use a waterproofing spray to protect your shoes from water on days of moderate rain. There are a large number of them on the market, both in shoe stores and in specialized stores.

Finally, we recommend you always keep your CETTI shoes in their original box with the protective papers inside, in a place without humidity.
